These terms outline the rules for using the Nuvaraq website. By accessing our shop, you agree to follow these guidelines. We focus on providing a clear and honest experience for our shoppers in Singapore, adhering to local regulations and global digital standards.
Service Location
Our services are exclusively available to individuals residing in Singapore. We do not ship to international addresses. All transactions and deliveries occur within the borders of Singapore to maintain a focused and efficient service.
Ordering and Shipping
Under normal circumstances, our total delivery turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days. Once you place an order, our team requires 1 business day to prepare and package your items. Following this, the transit period typically spans 1 to 2 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.
We aim to ensure your purchase reaches you within this estimated window. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen external events.
Payment Model
We operate solely on a Cash on Delivery basis. You will provide the full payment to the delivery personnel at your doorstep. There are no additional fees for shipping or hidden service costs. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay upon arrival.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our facility. However, once the package is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes. At that stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
Return and Refund Guidelines
We provide a 30-day window for returns, starting from the date of delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please notify us at help@nuvaraq.com. We will arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you.
Once the item returns to us, we conduct a thorough inspection within 24 hours. Based on the results, we will proceed with one of the following:
- Replacement: We will send a new item if the stock is available.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible or the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Since we use a Cash on Delivery model, we do not have your bank details on file. We will contact you via email to request the necessary information for a bank transfer. After we receive these details, the refund is initiated.
It may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. We do not impose any fees for restocking returned items.
Finality of Purchase
Please ensure you are certain about your selection before finalizing your order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. Our return policy is strictly for instances involving damaged or incorrect items.
