We operate exclusively within the borders of Singapore. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or courier services to addresses outside of the country.

Order Processing and Packaging

Once you finalize an order on our website, our internal team begins the fulfillment process. We require one business day to cautiously package your items and prepare them for transit.

This period allows us to verify the contents of your order and ensure that each piece is ready for delivery. Our facility operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore.

Delivery Timeline

After the initial packaging phase which usually takes 1 business day, your order is handed over to our logistics partners. The delivery window takes an additional 1 to 2 business days. While we strive to meet these estimates, factors such as high seasonal volume or harsh weather conditions may occasionally impact transit times.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Model

To provide a straightforward shopping experience, Nuvaraq utilizes a Cash on Delivery payment system. We do not require any digital payment or bank transfers at the time of checkout. Instead, the full amount for your order is collected by the delivery personnel when they arrive at your specified address.

This model ensures that you only provide payment once the physical package is in your hands.

We believe in a simple pricing structure with no hidden fees. There are no shipping costs or additional handling charges applied to your order. The price listed for each item on our website is the final amount you will pay upon delivery.

Delivery Completion and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched from our facility. However, once the package has been handed over to our logistics provider, the order is considered in transit and must be completed. We ask that our customers be present at the delivery location to facilitate the exchange and provide the necessary payment to the courier.
